With a strong track record and a substantial database of active property developers, they’re now expanding their Buy to Let offering and they need a confident, relationship-driven broker to take the lead.
Built-in Lead Sources: You’ll work alongside a high-performing commercial and development finance team, receiving direct referrals from their existing client base.
Access to a Developer Network: Get immediate access to a huge database of developers, many of whom have current or historic deals with the firm.
Manage and convert leads from the internal specialist finance teams.
Proven experience in BTL mortgage broking (Ce MAP or equivalent required).
Strong understanding of the specialist finance landscape.
Commercially savvy and confident engaging with property professionals.
Base salary up to £65k (depending on experience).
