Protection Adviser - South East London
Basic up to £35k + Tiered Commission | OTE £50-75k Year 1 | £100k+ Year 2 Onwards
Are you a confident Protection Adviser looking for a new opportunity with real earning potential and warm lead flow? Our client, one of the UK’s leading and fastest-growing property services groups, is expanding their financial services division and they’re looking for a dedicated Protection Adviser to join the team.
With strong introducer relationships across a wide network of mortgage brokers and estate agency brands, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of the protection side of the business and build a high-performing desk with consistent referrals.
The Role:
- Handle high volumes of quality leads from internal introducers and trusted mortgage brokers.
- Provide expert protection advice across a full range of personal and family insurance products.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring clarity, compliance, and care throughout.
- Work closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure a smooth process from application to completion.
- Collaborate across teams to drive cross-referrals and maximise protection sales potential.
Candidate requirements:
- CeMAP & R05 (or equivalent)
- Proven experience advising on protection products (life, CIC, income protection, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence working independently across multiple sites
- A proactive, target-driven approach with a passion for client care
