A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and knowledgeable High Net Worth (HNW) Mortgage Broker to join our client, an award winning financial services provider.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Mortgage Advisor, with a focus on providing exceptional service to high net worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients to understand and meet their mortgage needs
• Advise clients on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions
• Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to negotiate the best mortgage terms for clients
• Work closely with real estate agents, financial planners, and other professionals to provide holistic mortgage advice
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and lending practices to ensure compliance and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a focus on high net worth clients
• CeMAP qualified
• CAS status
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Jersey
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and financial markets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple client requirements simultaneously
