Our client is a highly successful Mortgage Brokerage that specialises in providing independent advice to clients in areas such as residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages and remortgages, as well as Bridging Finance, Commercial, Second Charge Mortgages and Secured Lending.
We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Mortgage Administrator to support a team of Mortgage Brokers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, being responsible for managing a high volume of mortgage cases from application through to completion, liaising with Clients, Lenders and Solicitors.
This role is offering hybrid working, two days from home, a competitive salary plus both quarterly and an annual bonus scheme.
Experience required:- At least two years mortgage administration experience, processing mortgage applications from initial application through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work well under pressure using your own initiative.
- Team player.
- Good knowledge of Mortgage Lenders and their processes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software.
