About the Role: To maintain and develop intermediary relationships in Central England. If you are a BDM that can build strong broker relationships and knows how to find solutions and structure a deal, please get in touch for further information. Potential opportunity to lead a team once established. Must be based within commuting distance of Central England (Midlands).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop intermediary relationships in Central England.
  • Build strong relationships.
  • Promote brand and products.
  • Originate bridging finance deals with brokers.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a BDM for a Bridging Finance Lender, minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Able to generate new business as well as maximise opportunities with existing relationships.
  • Must be able to demonstrate solid / stable career history.
  • Proactive, professional and solution driven.
  • Driving Licence essential.
  • Willingness to travel.

Pay range and compensation package: Up to £90k basic + Uncapped Bonus (Negotiable for right candidate).
