Senior Asset Finance / Commercial Finance Broker — Build Your Own Team Are you a top performing Broker who aspires to leading your own team? Keen to work on high value transactions within the Asset Finance, Commercial Finance and Business Finance sectors? This is a rare one. We're looking for an experienced Asset Finance and / or Commercial Finance broker who's ready to step up and lead a team - with an opportunity to progress through director for the right person. You'll join a long established, highly regarded financial services group with the backing, panel of lenders, and infrastructure to help you write great business from day one. This isn't just another broker position, it's an opportunity to shape and grow a new team across Asset Finance, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Invoice Finance and Trade Finance. Responsibilities: Writing new business across asset, commercial, and/or business finance. Acting as a trusted advisor to business owners, financial advisers, and introducers, structuring finance solutions that genuinely work for their needs Comfortable dealing with HNW clients / Senior business decision makers Gradually building out a team around you - recruiting, mentoring, and developing brokers as the desk grows Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, process, and culture for the new team
