Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance
We have a great opportunity for a BDM or Property Finance Broker (with Bridging Finance experience) to work for a privately owned lender. You will be responsible for originating bridging finance business with intermediaries and direct clients across the UK.
Some travel to Cardiff will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Generate bridging loan enquiries with direct clients and via broker network
- Focus on smaller ticket deals (£50k–£200k)
- Build and maintain introducer relationships
- Act as a trusted point of contact for brokers
Experience required:
- Experience of arranging bridging finance business from either a broker or BDM background.
- A self-starter who can generate opportunities independently
- Focus on volume, not large complex deals
