The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK. They are looking for an enthusiastic people-focused individual with previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the ICT sector. You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment and culture within the group, facilitating the end-to-end process of identifying, attracting and placing candidates in various roles within the group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and place candidates in various IT / Tech roles
- Utilise candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent including LinkedIn, networks, job boards and database
- Partner with (and advise) department managers on the local talent market
- Work closely with department managers to understand team dynamics, skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into each role
- Using market knowledge to advise department managers on potential bottlenecks and developing a strategy to influence the candidates' decision making
- Work with the marketing team to help branding and in turn help attract the best local talent
- Sift C.Vs to ensure the correct fit for the role, initial screening of applicants via phone, teams or in person, setting up interviews and supporting the recruitment process (start to finish)
- Prepare offer letters and contracts
- Be the public face of recruitment, act as ambassador and point of contact throughout the recruitment process
- Lead the culture club within the business and organize events and drive a positive culture throughout the business
- Measure benefit impact through cultural engagement surveys and use insights proactively to feed into continuous improvement for a positive culture within the business
- Delivers an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to managers and employees across the company
- Undertake administration in relation to staff training including the processing of staff development applications and bookings for internal/external training
Job Experience Required:
- Proven Recruitment Experience: A successful track record in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements – giving each the urgency required
