The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK. This role will suit an enthusiastic customer service focused individual with previous experience of working within the ICT sector, preferably in an IT and/or a Telecoms Helpdesk role. You will take inbound calls from clients who require technical assistance and immediately triage their calls with a view to helping and closing the ticket.

Main duties:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability and strive for "First Call Resolution".
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.

Experience required:

  • An ICT and/or Telecoms background with service desk experience is essential.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and documentation solutions.
  • The ability to work quickly, calmly and accurately under pressure.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does not offer hybrid or remote working.
