We are a niche luxury travel agent specialising in selling heli skiing and powder skiing trips to UK customers, and we have been in operation since 1978. We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and very strong administration and communication skills to join our team.

You will need to have a proven track record of being highly organised and detail-focused and able to interact effectively with demanding clients. You will need to have experience working in luxury travel with operations experience (essential) and ideally sales experience. This role is split between operational and sales responsibilities.

The core focus of the role, accounting for 80% of your time, would be managing all of our guest bookings. This involves meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with VIP guests.

You would be responsible for:

  • Organising all logistics around heli-ski trips including flights, hotels and transfers
  • Timely client invoicing, payment processing, receipting and accounting
  • Managing new and existing relationships with ski resorts and hotel groups
  • Completing and sending out all trip itineraries

Once you had developed your product knowledge you would become involved in trip sales which would account for 20% of your time and include:

  • Responding to sales queries
  • Maintaining and creating relationships with our guests
  • Assisting with new business development for our range of trips and products
  • Generating and nurturing sales leads via social media and LinkedIn

You would need to be happy working as part of a 3-person team based full-time in our office in Chiswick. During the core season (September – May) you will work in situ in our Chiswick office, and for the remaining months (June – August), you can work up to 2 days per week from home. You must have some experience/understanding of skiing, although you do not need to be an expert.

If you are a born organiser and multi-tasker who is obsessed with detail and someone who loves interacting with people, then this role could be perfect for you.

Key job attributes:

  • Full-time role
  • Based in Chiswick office for 9 months of the year (remaining 3 months hybrid working allowed)
  • Salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 pa depending on experience
  • Start ASAP and at the latest, before the end of the summer 2026.
