The Role
To work with the Regional Leadership Team to ensure that the services are safe, effective, well led, caring and responsive to people's needs. In addition to managing a clinical caseload, the role includes non-clinical responsibilities related to staffing, rota planning, and operational coordination. Collaborating with leadership and support teams, the role ensures smooth clinic operations while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an expert MSK clinician within primary care.
- Deliver supported self-management programmes to empower patients.
- Collaborate with GPs, PCNs, and stakeholders to streamline care pathways.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track patient outcomes.
- Adapt to evolving primary care demands with flexibility and professionalism.
