As a key member of the Regional Team at Pure, the Area Clinics Lead plays a central leadership role in shaping clinical standards and empowering our people. Reporting to the Head of Clinics, with a dotted line to the Regional Lead, you’ll manage and mentor a team of Clinics Team Leads—guiding their development and enabling the growth of those in their learning teams.

You’ll be a senior MSK physiotherapist who models best practice daily. Beyond your clinical duties, you’ll support the delivery of exceptional care across your region, overseeing the performance of clinicians, managing complex case support, and actively driving service improvement.

What you’ll lead on:

• Clinical quality: Overseeing clinical standards, diary efficiency, and performance metrics
• Leadership development: Coaching Team Leads, nurturing talent, and promoting career progression
• Operational excellence: Supporting diary management, onboarding, and succession planning
• Governance & risk: Ensuring compliance with HCPC, CSP, and Pure policy frameworks
• Culture & values: Embedding a high-performance ethos and championing inclusive leadership
