Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an expert MSK clinician within primary care.
  • Deliver supported self-management programmes to empower patients.
  • Collaborate with GPs, PCNs, and stakeholders to streamline care pathways.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track patient outcomes.
  • Adapt to evolving primary care demands with flexibility and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC Registration
  • BSc Physiotherapy

Desirable for our FCP roles:

  • Roadmap Stage 1 & 2 signed off.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Empathetic, proactive, and quality-focused
  • Confident decision-maker and collaborative team player
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.
