The Role:
As a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) or Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP), you'll consult directly with patients without prior GP referral, enabling rapid and accurate MSK diagnosis or referral to secondary care when needed. You'll be embedded within GP practices and PCNs, supported by Pure Physiotherapy's robust clinical network, including line managers, roadmap supervisors, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an expert MSK clinician within primary care.
- Deliver supported self-management programmes to empower patients.
- Collaborate with GPs, PCNs, and stakeholders to streamline care pathways.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and track patient outcomes.
- Adapt to evolving primary care demands with flexibility and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC Registration.
- BSc Physiotherapy.
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to travel between surgeries.
- Desirable for our FCP roles: Roadmap Stage 1 & 2 signed off.
