Location: Earlsfield, London

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Tuesday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Wednesday 8:45am - 6:15pm, Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 3:45pm, and Saturday 7:45am - 2:15pm

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 pa depending on experience and qualification level

South West Podiatry, part of Pure Physiotherapy, is looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this vital role, you'll support patients from their first contact – managing the front desk, handling calls and emails, booking appointments and playing a critical part in creating a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Front Desk Reception
    • Welcome patients and manage check-ins/outs.
    • Handle in-person and email enquiries.
    • Provide admin support to clinicians.
    • Manage billing.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and compassion.
    • Communicate clearly between patients and clinicians.
  • Phone & Appointment Management
    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
    • Book, update, and confirm appointments.
    • Guide patients through fees and insurance.
    • Support patients in distress with empathy.
  • Clinic Setup & Coordination
    • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinic standards.
    • Ensure equipment and materials are ready.
    • Coordinate daily clinic flow with the clinical team.
  • Patient Record Management
    • Maintain accurate digital patient records.
    • Process notes, invoices, and confidential documentation.
  • IT & Systems Management
    • Use clinic software for bookings and payments.
    • Support basic IT troubleshooting.

What You'll Bring

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with practice management software, clinic management or scheduling software is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Professional, friendly telephone manner.
  • Able to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (healthcare is beneficial)
  • Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
  • Delivers attentive, detail-driven 5* service.
