Your job is to elevate and develop the existing team. Set the standard, drive performance, and take the region to the next level. You’ll have strong full commercial ownership /strong and the support of the wider business behind you. /p p If you’re a strong highly motivated, engaging leader /strong who thrives on developing people and hitting ambitious targets, this role gives you the autonomy and earning potential to make a real impact. /p p br /p p ⚡ strong Who We’re Looking For /strong /p p You’ve led sales teams before, and you’ve got the results to prove it. You’re not looking to manage from a distance - you want to be in it, coaching your team and driving standards. You’ll need: /p ul li Proven experience strong leading and growing a sales team, /strong and history of being a strong top performer /strong /li li Comfortable managing a mixed team strong - field sales, coordinators, and recruiters /strong /li li Strong on the numbers strong - KPIs, conversion, pipeline /strong /li li A track record of developing people strong not just hitting targets yourself /strong /li li High energy and hard to ignore strong - your team want to follow you /strong /li li (Nice to have) Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment /li /ul p br /p p 📋 strong What You’ll Do /strong /p ul li Own sales performance across the North - strong revenue, targets, and growth /strong /li li Lead, motivate, and develop strong Brand Ambassadors, Event Coordinators, and Recruiters /strong /li li Coach people to strong hit and exceed their targets, hands-on, not just in one-to-ones /strong /li li Plan and manage strong sales activations and events across the region /strong /li li Use data to drive decisions strong – track KPIs, identify gaps, and optimise results /strong /li li Work closely with senior leadership to strong shape regional strategy and national expansion /strong /li /ul p br /p p 🌟 strong What We Offer /strong /p ul li £50k-£55k basic DOE + uncapped bonus strong (£90,000+ OTE) /strong /li li 33 days holiday strong (including Bank Holidays) /strong /li li Free dog food strong and yes, you can bring your dog to work /strong /li li Company pension, Group Life Critical Illness cover /li li EAP Virtual GP /li li Cycle to work EV car scheme /li li 2 paid volunteer days a year /li li Team socials and charity days /li li Free on-site parking /li li Real progression - strong we’re growing and we promote from within /strong /li /ul p br /p p strong Requirements /strong /p ul li Commutable to our Leeds office – 4 days in office /li li On-call weekends /li li Full, valid UK driving licence car /li li Right to work in the United Kingdom /li li 3+ years in a sales leadership role /li /ul p /p
