We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our South Team. You’ll be responsible for driving face-to-face subscription sales, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service at events and high-footfall locations across London and beyond. This is the ideal role for anyone with experience in street sales, events, promotions, fundraising, or door-to-door sales – or for someone looking to break into sales in a fun, high-energy, flexible environment with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed daily targets.
  • Approach and engage potential customers face-to-face in parks, festivals, markets, and pop-up locations.
  • Deliver compelling product pitches and convert conversations into long-term subscription customers.
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Attend and represent the company at events, markets, trade shows, and street locations across the South Team region (primarily London).
  • Set up branded stands or work mobile with sales kits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor sales performance and report regularly to your team leader.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales, fundraising, or promotional role (preferred but not essential – full training provided).
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Able to work on your feet, outdoors, and in fast-paced environments.
  • Results-driven with a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using basic tech (tablets).
  • A valid driver’s licence is a bonus but not required.
  • Must be 18+ and able to work as self-employed.
