This isn’t just another sales role — this is your chance to build a market from the ground up. You’ll be the first hire in the region, taking full ownership of results, team performance, and field operations. You’ll set up the brand presence, build your first team of Brand Ambassadors, and shape the way our channel grows. This is a true entrepreneurial leadership role in a company scaling at speed.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, wants to leave a mark, and is excited by the challenge of building something big.
We want ambitious, entrepreneurial people who are ready to own their success and create impact from day one. You’ll thrive if you:
- Have built, led, or created something independently — a project, start-up, or team — and can show measurable results.
- Are hungry for career growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Can lead from the front, roll up your sleeves, and inspire your team in the field.
- Use data and insights to drive performance and hold teams accountable.
- Are Scotland-based, within 1 hour of Glasgow or Edinburgh, and committed to being on the ground.
Bonus indicators of high potential:

- Proven ability to deliver under pressure
- Led a successful team or been a top salesperson
- A track record of being the best
Hard Blockers:
- Not within 1 hour of Glasgow or Edinburgh
- Cannot work most weekends in the early days
- Cannot demonstrate high-achieving results in sales, leadership, or entrepreneurial projects
- Do not own your own vehicle
- Ahead of the Pack – proactive, thrives in fast-paced growth
- Paws & People First – honest, human-focused leadership
- Best in Show – excellence as standard
What You’ll Do
- Build the team from scratch — recruit, train, and coach your first Brand Ambassadors
- Set up and run events — plan and execute field activations, leading by example
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance — use data to make decisions
- Motivate and drive accountability — hit ambitious targets while setting the standard for the team
- Collaborate with leadership — shape strategy and growth
- Lead from the front — you’ll sell the product, represent the brand, and show the team how it’s done
In the early days, you’ll be doing everything from setting up the stand to building your first team of Brand Ambassadors — this role is for someone who thrives on responsibility and ownership. You’ll need to work most weekends initially (with TOIL applied).
What You Bring
- Ambition, resilience, and a proven drive to deliver results under pressure
- Degree-educated (preferred) and tech-savvy
- Evidence of entrepreneurial initiative or leadership experience
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Flexible to work weekends and travel across the Scotland region

- Accelerated career progression in a fast-scaling company
- Flexible working arrangements around weekend commitments

Why This Role Matters
We’re not looking for someone to “clock in.” We want someone who is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready to own results, innovate, and take their career to the next level.
This is your opportunity to be the first hire in a Scotland region, build something extraordinary, and create a high-performing team from scratch. If you thrive in high-growth, high-performance environments, this is your chance to join the very best and make your mark.
