We’re looking for a Recruitment & Training Specialist who can spot talent a mile off but also deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, training new hires to hit the ground SPRINTING. You’ll:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Brand Ambassadors — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Deliver weekly onboarding sessions that set up new hires up for success
- Run engaging, high‑impact training sessions that elevate performance and confidence
- Help build and implement scalable hiring processes as the team continues to grow
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand needs, forecast headcount, and refine hiring profiles
- Track performance data to improve training quality and hiring accuracy
