Pure Pet Food is scaling at speed — and our Brand Ambassador team is the engine behind that growth within the Direct Sales channel. We’re looking for a Recruitment & Training Specialist who can spot talent a mile off but also deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, training new hires to hit the ground SPRINTING. You’ll:

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for Brand Ambassadors — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Deliver weekly onboarding sessions that set up new hires up for success
  • Run engaging, high‑impact training sessions that elevate performance and confidence
  • Help build and implement scalable hiring processes as the team continues to grow
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand needs, forecast headcount, and refine hiring profiles
  • Track performance data to improve training quality and hiring accuracy
