The Role

- Recruiting and building the regional team of Brand Ambassadors from scratch.
- Coaching in the field lifting individual conversion week on week, holding the bar on what good looks like.

- Tracking KPIs, spotting gaps, reallocating effort, and reporting performance up.
- As the region matures, the role shifts toward leadership and scale.

New Tricks — you read data fluently and use it to redirect effort, not just to write reports.
