Pure Pet Food is scaling at speed — and our Brand Ambassador team is the engine behind that growth within the Direct Sales channel. We’re looking for a Recruitment & Training Specialist who can spot talent a mile off but also deliver exceptional onboarding experiences, training new hires to hit the ground SPRINTING. Earnings: ÂŁ25-35K Basic + realistic ÂŁ40k-ÂŁ50k+ OTE
Location: London
You’ll:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Brand Ambassadors — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Deliver weekly onboarding sessions that set up new hires for success
- Run engaging, high-impact training sessions that elevate performance and confidence
- Help build and implement scalable hiring processes as the team continues to grow
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand needs, forecast headcount, and refine hiring profiles
- Track performance data to improve training quality and hiring accuracy
