The Social & Organic Community Executive role… Do you live and breathe social content? Do you know what it takes to create a scroll-stopping moment? Are you in tune with what’s trending online? And most importantly… are you dog obsessed? As Social & Organic community exec you’ll own Pure’s organic social channels and help bring our brand personality to life online. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging social content, building relationships with our existing and new customers. Working closely with the marketing, creative and customer teams, you’ll help grow our social presence through great content, authentic engagement and social-first experiences. This role combines content creation, community engagement and social strategy, helping make Pure one of the most loved dog brands on social.
Duties and responsibilities of the role are:
- Own and manage Pure’s organic social channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Plan, create and publish engaging social content that reflects Pure’s brand personality
- Capture and produce social-first content including video, behind-the-scenes content and dog-led storytelling
- Engage with our community across social channels by replying to comments, messages and customer content
- Build strong relationships with our customers and turning them into brand advocates.
- Plan and organise social-first events and content opportunities such as dog meet-ups, content shoots and community moments
- Stay ahead of social trends and proactively suggest new ideas and formats
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, product and customer experience to bring campaigns to life on social
- Track performance and use insights to improve engagement, reach and community growth
- Help ensure every interaction with Pure on social reflects our brand tone of voice and values

It’s essential you have:
- 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content marketing or community management
- Experience managing brand social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Strong understanding of social trends and content formats
- Confident creating social content including short-form video and photography
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers and communities online
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven
- A collaborative team player who thrives in hybrid setups and cross-functional environment
