A Bit About Us
Pure started with two friends, a shared passion for dogs, and a belief that they deserve better food. Since then, we've grown into one of the UK's leading fresh dog food companies - and we're just getting started. We're not a faceless corporation. We're a tight-knit team that genuinely cares - about our dogs, our customers, and the people who work here. That comes through in everything we do. Our core values are: Ahead of the Pack, Best in Show, Paws & People First, and New Tricks.
The Role
This is a senior, front-line leadership role. You'll be taking ownership of an already established North region - a team of Brand Ambassadors, an Event Coordinator, and Recruiters. Your job is to elevate and develop the existing team. Set the standard, drive performance, and take the region to the next level. You'll have full commercial ownership and the support of the wider business behind you.
If you're a highly motivated, engaging leader who thrives on developing people and hitting ambitious targets, this role gives you the autonomy and earning potential to make a real impact.
Who We're Looking For
- You've led sales teams before, and you've got the results to prove it.
- You're not looking to manage from a distance - you want to be in it, coaching your team and driving standards.
- Proven experience leading and growing a sales team, and history of being a top performer.
- Comfortable managing a mixed team - field sales, coordinators, and recruiters.
- Strong on the numbers - KPIs, conversion, pipeline.
- A track record of developing people not just hitting targets yourself.
- High energy and hard to ignore - your team want to follow you.
- (Nice to have) Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
What You'll Do
- Own sales performance across the North - revenue, targets, and growth.
- Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Ambassadors, Event Coordinators, and Recruiters.
- Coach people to hit and exceed their targets, hands-on, not just in one-to-ones.
- Plan and manage sales activations and events across the region.
- Use data to drive decisions – track KPIs, identify gaps, and optimise results.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy and national expansion.
What We Offer
- £50k-£55k basic DOE + uncapped bonus (£90,000+ OTE).
- 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
- Free dog food and yes, you can bring your dog to work.
- Company pension, Group Life & Critical Illness cover.
- EAP & Virtual GP.
- Cycle to work & EV car scheme.
- 2 paid volunteer days a year.
- Team socials and charity days.
- Free on-site parking.
- Real progression - we're growing and we promote from within.
Requirements
- Commutable to our Leeds office – 4 days in office.
- On-call weekends.
- Full, valid UK driving licence & car.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
