You’ll be taking ownership of an already established North region - a team of Brand Ambassadors, an Event Coordinator, and Recruiters. Set the standard, drive performance, and take the region to the next level. You’ll have full commercial ownership and the support of the wider business behind you.

- Comfortable managing a mixed team - field sales, coordinators, and recruiters.
- Own sales performance across the North - revenue, targets, and growth.
- Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Ambassadors, Event Coordinators, and Recruiters.
- Use data to drive decisions – track KPIs, identify gaps, and optimise results.
