Regional Sales Manager – Scotland OTE £70,000 | Build & Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

The Opportunity

This is not a support role. This is a front-line sales leadership position with full commercial ownership. You will be the first sales leader in Scotland, responsible for driving revenue, building a team of sellers, and owning results in the field. You’ll personally sell, recruit, coach, and scale — creating a repeatable, high-performing sales operation from day one. If you’re a proven salesperson who wants to step into true leadership and be judged on results, this role gives you the autonomy, earning potential, and progression to do exactly that.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for experienced sales professionals who can both sell and lead. You’ll succeed in this role if you:

  • Have demonstrated sales success (B2C, field sales, events, direct sales, or high-volume environments)
  • Have managed, coached, or mentored a sales team and improved performance
  • Are comfortable leading from the front — selling alongside your team, not from behind a desk
  • Are target-driven and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of conversion, KPIs, and pipeline
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ownership and accountability matter

Location requirement: Based in Scotland, within 1 hour of Glasgow or Edinburgh

Must have: Full driving licence and own vehicle

What Sets You Apart

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience recruiting, training, or building sales teams
  • Strong performance management skills — coaching underperformers and developing top talent
  • Confident using data, dashboards, and KPIs to drive revenue
  • A competitive mindset — you want to win and bring your team with you

Bonus (not essential):

  • Field sales or event-based sales experience
  • Start-up, scale-up, or entrepreneurial background
  • History of being a top performer or sales leader in your organisation

What You’ll Do

  • Own sales performance in Scotland — revenue, targets, and growth
  • Recruit and build a team of Brand Ambassadors (salespeople)
  • Train, coach, and manage sellers in the field, improving conversion and consistency
  • Personally sell — leading by example and setting the standard
  • Plan and execute sales activations and events
  • Track performance using KPIs, identify gaps, and optimise results
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape regional strategy and expansion

In the early stages, this is a hands-on sales leadership role. You’ll be setting up stands, selling product, and coaching in real time. Weekend work will be required initially (with TOIL).

Our Values

  • Ahead of the Pack – proactive, fast-moving, commercially driven
  • Paws & People First – honest leadership and strong team culture
  • Best in Show – high standards, high performance
  • New Tricks – adaptable, curious, always improving

What You Bring

  • Proven sales results and leadership capability
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic
  • Confidence leading teams in high-pressure sales environments
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends during launch phase

What We Offer

  • ~£70,000 OTE (£40,000 basic + uncapped performance bonus)
  • ~ Real ownership: build and lead your own sales team
  • ~ Fast-track progression into senior leadership roles
  • ~ Company equipment, mobile & company card
  • ~ Flexible time off around weekend commitments
  • ~ Free food for your dog
