As a Product Owner at Pure, you will play a key role in shaping and improving the digital products and operational systems that power our business. Working closely with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Care, Direct Sales, and Technology, you’ll help identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver impactful solutions that improve both colleague and customer experience. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role. You’ll spend time with teams across the business — particularly within our factory and operational environments — building strong relationships, understanding day-to-day challenges, and translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
You’ll work closely with our in-house Product, UX, Development, and QA teams to take ideas from discovery through to delivery, balancing business priorities with technical realities. You’ll be comfortable wearing multiple hats across Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Delivery, and stakeholder facilitation to help drive initiatives forward. We’re looking for someone naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by solving real-world problems through technology and process improvement.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to deeply understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Spend regular time in the factory and operational environments to observe processes first-hand and gather direct user insight.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative problem-solving discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across internal systems and workflows.
- Own and prioritise initiatives across internal platforms and tooling, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes iteratively.
- Translate complex operational requirements into clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverable outcomes.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout delivery.
- Use data, user feedback, and operational insight to inform decisions and measure success.
- Take ownership of the delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Support and improve Agile ways of working, bringing ideas and suggestions to enhance team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, operational tooling, and industry best practices to continuously improve our digital ecosystem.
- Challenge existing ways of working constructively and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
What we’re looking for...
- Experience working in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Delivery-focused role within a digital or operational environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems, factory systems, warehouse management systems, or operational applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative working sessions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a genuine curiosity to understand root causes and improve processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
- Confident balancing multiple responsibilities across product ownership, business analysis, delivery coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
- The ability to drive between our offices and factories (short distances) to spend time with relevant departments.
- Experience within a subscription-based or eCommerce business.
- Experience within manufacturing, operations, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with operational reporting, workflow optimisation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Technical understanding of software development practices and system integrations.
What’s in it for you...
- A salary of £45,000.
- 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays). Our full 12-month entitlement.
- Enrolment within our discretionary business performance 10% annual bonus plan (following successful probation).
