The Role: As a Creative Strategist, you'll be part of our fast-paced Growth Team, creating performance-driven ad creatives across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You'll work end-to-end on content creation — from idea to execution — collaborating with media buyers and other strategists to produce content that performs.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop scroll stopping creative concepts for paid social ads (UGC, video, static) based on data, trends, and creative theory
- Write high-performing scripts with strong hooks, clear messaging and persuasive storytelling
- Be able to use Figma, Photoshop and AI image tools
- Create content briefs for production, including filming direction for UGC creators and the in-house team
- Collaborate with our growth team to test and iterate on creatives based on ad performance
- Stay ahead of trends on TikTok and Meta, proactively suggesting new content ideas
- Work closely with other creative strategists to push our creative output forward
What we’re looking for:

- 2–3 years of experience in creative, graphic design, content marketing, copywriting or organic social roles
- Confident in scripting, editing, and storytelling
- Data-driven and understands key paid social performance metrics
- Comfortable ideating, testing and iterating content in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and creative intuition
- Passionate about content and social media — especially Meta and Instagram
- Entrepreneur and self-driven
- A collaborative team player who thrives in hybrid setups and cross-functional environments
