Pure Padel Clubs Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Club Manager to lead guest experiences and front-of-house operations across our busy padel clubs. You will drive hospitality standards, upsell ancillary revenue, and support events, academy activities and member engagement.
Reporting to the Club Manager, you will develop leadership skills, manage a small team including a Supervisor, and run the club in the manager's absence, progressing toward a Club Manager role as the business grows in the UK.
