About Pure Padel

Pure Padel is one of the fastest growing padel tennis operators in the UK, with ambitious expansion plans. We currently operate two successful clubs in Greater Manchester and are set to launch six additional clubs across the country in 2025. Pure Padel Alderley Park is an established outdoor padel club with a thriving community of over 7,000 customers. As Club Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing club operations, and ensuring the facility delivers an outstanding player experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in hospitality, leisure, or sports facility management to lead the team and continue growing our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the club, including staff rota, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Maximise court utilisation using innovative and data driven solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage club finances, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
  • Plan and execute social events, tournaments, and community engagement initiatives to enhance the club experience.
  • Oversee and drive retail and F&B operations, ensuring a high-quality offering for members and guests.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives, working alongside the central marketing team to drive membership growth and brand awareness.
  • Handle corporate and private event inquiries, managing end-to-end planning and execution to ensure smooth, high-quality events.
  • Support the delivery of the club's coaching programs (Padel experience not required, but willingness to learn is essential.)
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all areas of the club.
  • Act as the face of Pure Padel Alderley Park, building relationships with customers, and local schools and businesses.
