Pure Offices Leeds Thorpe Park provides offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices with shared kitchens and a business lounge. Our offices range in size from 1 person through to 20 plus and are suitable for start-up businesses to larger enterprises.
We are seeking a Centre Manager to attract businesses to the centre, work with existing customers and ensure the centre runs smoothly. Ideally, the candidate will be ambitious, friendly and confident, displaying excellent organisation and customer care skills. They should be able to use their own initiative, have a can-do attitude and a keenness to learn and fulfil a very busy and varied role. Being comfortable with face-to-face sales is important, as we offer a quality office solution to businesses looking for an office.
The role includes:
- Running the business centre, ensuring it is as successful as it can be
- Marketing and promoting the centre to the local business community (including networking and approaching local businesses)
- Handling and responding to enquiries for office space
- Carrying out viewings of the offices and dealing with lettings and the move-in process
- Liaising with accounts in terms of billing clients based on the services they receive
- Ensuring payment of invoices and liaising with clients regarding unpaid invoices
- Running and attending business events at the centre and in the area
- Liaising with customers on a day-to-day basis (including with regards to them expanding or downsizing)
- Managing contractors to ensure the centre presents well, is clean and safe
- Ensuring the smooth running of the centre
