Duties
- Customer service excellence – prompt and accurate processing of orders and enquiries
- Supporting the direct sales team with the management of key accounts
- Identifying leads and sales opportunities that will help the growth of the business
- Providing admin support to the team locally and remotely
- Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of products

Skills & Experience
- First class customer service skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with using systems (ERP/CRM experience is an advantage)
- Reliable, pro-active and calm under pressure
- Team player with a customer first mindset
- Self starter who is able to fit into a small established team
- Sales experience and negotiation skills would be beneficial
