By 2030, our mission is simple: To Make 1000 Lives Matter Every Single Year.

We are searching for a passionate, emotionally intelligent, values-led Deputy Care Manager to help us make that vision a reality. This role is for someone who:

  • Is willing to step up when things get tough
  • Is always part of the solution, not part of the problem
  • Believes gossip destroys teams and honesty strengthens them
  • Wants to grow personally and professionally while helping others do the same

This is not a sit behind a desk management role. You will be:

  • Highly visible within the community
  • Supporting care staff emotionally and practically
  • Helping allocate and manage care calls
  • Working closely with the Registered Care Manager
  • Helping solve problems before they become crises
  • Supporting quality, standards, communication, and morale

  • Care: We do the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
  • Friendliness: We create warmth, laughter, safety, and belonging.
  • Growth: We encourage learning, self-awareness, accountability, and improvement.
  • Truth: We communicate honestly, respectfully, and directly without gossip, blame, or hidden agendas.

If these values feel like just words to you, you will not thrive here. But if they don't, this role could become part of your purpose.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Registered Care Manager with day-to-day operation
  • Supporting and mentoring care staff
  • Helping maintain exceptional standards of care
  • Building positive relationships with clients and families
  • Being present, approachable, and supportive in the office and community
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development

What We're Looking For:

  • Has at least 5 years experience within health or social care
  • Understands domiciliary/community care
  • Is organised, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
  • Communicates positively and professionally
  • Can balance compassion with accountability
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed
  • Holds themselves and others to high standards
  • Wants to be part of something meaningful

What You'll Find Here:

  • A supportive and friendly environment
  • A team that genuinely cares about one another
  • A company that values people over politics
  • Opportunities to grow and develop
  • Leaders who believe culture matters
