We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at Mains of Taymouth golf and country club, Aberfeldy.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Team undertake the day to day maintenance of the Estate in accordance with Company policies, and in a manner which maximises the benefits of the facilities to holiday home owners and holiday guests. This position is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), working five days over 7. Accommodation is available for this role if required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist with the maintenance of the buildings, holiday homes, grounds, fences, public areas and development sites as directed by the Estate Manager.
- To note and report any work requiring attention to line manager as soon as possible (e.g. burst pipes, dangerous steps, paths and services, etc.).
- Ensure all chargeable work undertaken is reported for invoicing in line with Company procedure and followed through approval from purchasing manager.
- Assist with minor repairs and other maintenance activities as required.
