We are passionate about delivering exceptional holiday experiences, creating memorable stays for our guests across the UK. We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at Mains of Taymouth golf and country club, Aberfeldy.
Job Summary: The Maintenance Team undertake the day-to-day maintenance of the Estate in accordance with Company policies, and in a manner which maximises the benefits of the facilities to holiday home owners and holiday guests. This position is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working five days over 7. Accommodation is available for this role if required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist with the maintenance of the buildings, holiday homes, grounds, fences, public areas and development sites as directed by the Estate Manager.
- To note and report any work requiring attention to the line manager as soon as possible (e.g. burst pipes, dangerous steps, paths and services, etc.).
- Ensure all chargeable work undertaken is reported for invoicing in line with Company procedure and followed through approval from the purchasing manager.
- Assist with minor repairs and other maintenance activities in line with your skills and professional competence such as drain downs and sitings along with basic grass cutting.
- To assist in the implementation of legal and/or site rules in a diplomatic way and reporting failure to comply.
