A highly ranked global law firm in London is seeking a talented Private Client & Tax Associate to join its exceptional team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years' PQE and possess expertise in all aspects of tax, domestic and international wealth planning, and trusts. Responsibilities include:
- Providing UK personal tax advice to both domestic and international families, assisting with succession planning and tax structuring through wills, corporates, partnerships, trusts, and other vehicles.
- Delivering high-quality professional services with a strong focus on UK tax matters.
- Advising settlors, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries on the establishment and management of offshore structures.
- Effectively managing clients’ affairs with a strategic and commercial approach, ensuring profitability and efficiency in case handling.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with intermediaries, demonstrating enthusiasm for networking and business development.
- Actively engaging in business development initiatives to expand the firm's domestic and international client base.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Prior experience in private client work, wealth structuring, and tax advisory, with exposure to complex transactions and large-scale projects.
