A leading law firm in London is seeking an experienced Pensions Associate to join its highly regarded team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' PQE and a strong background in advising trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law. The firm's Pensions team is one of the largest in the UK, advising a national client base of over 750 trustee and employer clients across both the public and private sectors. The team provides comprehensive support on defined benefit, defined contribution, and hybrid pension schemes, ensuring trustees receive expert guidance on regulatory and governance matters. As part of its commitment to client education, the team regularly delivers tailored training for trustees. In 2021, it introduced the Pensions Schemes Act Triage Tool, designed to assist employers and trustees in navigating the Pensions Regulator's powers effectively.
Responsibilities:
