Position Details:
Job title: Receptionist
Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:30pm - 5:30pm
Location: Near Hythe, Kent. Due to the location of the office, which is not accessible via public transport, having your own transport and a valid driver\'s licence is essential.
Hybrid: No, office based, due to the nature of the role
Start date: ASAP to shadow the current Receptionist who is retiring
Salary: £13 per hour, 25 hours a week = £16,900pa, FTE = £25,350
Benefits: FTE 22 days annual leave, free secure parking, corporate membership discounts
Key Responsibilities:
Being the voice of our client, directing calls and providing information with a smile.
Ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate team members, maintaining a seamless flow of communication.
Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely delivery and organisation.
You\'ll be the ideal candidate for this role is you have the following:
Experience working on a busy reception desk
A professional telephone manner
A positive and enthusiastic personality and someone who enjoys interacting with people
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
