HR Business Partner – 12-Month FTC (Macclesfield)

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you\’ll be the go-to expert for specialist advice, guidance, and mentoring, empowering managers with the tools they need to lead effectively. You\’ll provide essential support in areas such as performance management, conduct, absence, and training needs analysis.

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, you\’ll contribute to strategic projects focused on culture, wellbeing, and engagement, helping to foster a positive and thriving workplace.

What We\’re Looking For

* CIPD Level 5 qualified
