You will be responsible for overseeing multiple lifecycle replacement projects and variation works across a large acute hospital in Birmingham.
You should have in-depth knowledge of the RIBA stages of work along with CDM regulations, managing projects from inception through to delivery. Typical M&E projects include BMS, lighting, fire alarms, boilers, AHUs, and typical building fabric projects such as flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, FF&E.
With a team of 12, last year's spend on lifecycle projects was approximately £14m. You should have experience in design, tender processes, and project delivery. Consultancy experience would also be beneficial.
