We\'re Hiring: Finance Manager
Location: South Kirkby
Role Type: Full-time - Office Based

What You\'ll Be Doing
* Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion
* Manage budgets and deliver accurate financial forecasts
* Prepare financial statements and lead on audit processes
* Identify financial risks and drive cost-saving initiatives
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Provide commercial insight and engage with senior leadership and external partners
* Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
What We\'re Looking For
* A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in finance management
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
* Knowledge of financial compliance and risk management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
Working Hours
* Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm
* Friday: 8:00am-1:30pm
* 37.5 hours per week
* Closed on Bank Holidays & annual Christmas shutdown
