Accept Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our Coventry branch. This is a key role within a busy, fast-paced environment, working closely with multiple clients to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients

* Manage day-to-day service delivery across multiple accounts

* Coordinate temporary staffing and recruitment activities

* Respond promptly to client queries and operational needs

* Manage on-call and respond to out-of-hours requirements when necessary

* Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or a similar role

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Location: Coventry, CV1 (Office-based)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Additional Requirements: On-call and flexibility required based on client needs
