Pure Investor is a rapidly expanding property investment consultancy, and due to considerable growth over the past year, we are now looking to recruit a Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This sales orientated role offers significant and uncapped earning potential for the right person, and will be based in our head office in Denton, Manchester.

We sell investment properties throughout leading UK and overseas markets, through predominately high yield buy-to-let property. On a day to day basis we work with a growing number of investors and high net worth individuals throughout the UK and our core overseas markets.
We are looking for team members who embrace their individuality and will bring personality to their role. The successful candidate will be a charismatic, determined and a motivated individual, who has proven telephone based communication and sales skills. Previous experience, ideally in a property or telesales environment would be advantageous.
Requirements
- Have the ability to be part of a team and work comfortably on their own
- Strong track record in a telephone sales role
- Proactive and creative sales approach
- Understand the full capability of our software and hardware
- Be commercially aware and fully understand how different clients will benefit from our products and services
- Qualify the suitability of the customer’s requirements to the features of our products
- Use the CRM to record accurate client information including personal action/activity
- Reporting personal sales activity and results
- Proven history in a sales role
- Strong consultative selling skills match the customer’s requirements with the features of our products
- Excellent understanding of and aptitude for computer and software technology
- Superb phone, live chat and email communication skills
- Able to operate in fast-paced and changing market environment
- Hungry for progression and high earnings through excellent results
- Basic salary plus generous uncapped commission with a realistic OTE in excess of £50,000+ per annum.
