They are now seeking a Junior Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team and support the day-to-day coordination of customer enquiries, engineer schedules and administration. Junior Customer Service Administrator, the role:
- Answering incoming customer calls and responding to emails
- Booking annual servicing appointments and breakdown visits
- Supporting the scheduling of engineer diaries and workloads
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing customers with updates regarding appointments and engineer visits
- Supporting engineers and the wider team with administration tasks
- Assisting with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Assisting with general administration duties as required
Junior Customer Service Administrator, the person:
