They are now looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Shunter Driver to join their team in Totton, Hampshire.
Shunter Driver, your duties:
- Positioning vehicles for loading and unloading (onsite only)
- Hitching and unhitching vehicles, pulling curtains, strapping loads
- Manoeuvring and/or reversing vehicles onto loading ramps in a small yard
- Carrying out vehicle/trailer checks and reporting any defects
- Helping with loading of vehicles and general yard duties (forklift training will be provided)
