Their ethos is to acquire smaller, well-established companies that complement one another, and then support them to grow within a family of like-minded organisations. With current revenue at £15m, forecasting £21m by the end of the 2026 financial year – the strategic business plan involves an acquisition phase this year, plus an integration phase where the businesses are more deeply combined next year. They are now seeking an analytical and reliable Management Accountant to join their team based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. You will be looking after some of the established group businesses by performing day to day financial tasks as well as supporting the Group Finance Manager with a variety of planning and analysis initiatives while the group expands.
