Our client, VGI Solutions, are offering a wide range of services, from Electrical installations, CCTV installation, fire alarms, access control through to security gates. They are now looking for an Electrical Installation Manager to join their successful team based in West Byfleet, Surrey.
The role includes:
- Managing diaries and scheduling work with customers - routine service, maintenance works and ad hoc remedial works
- Coordinating the engineers day to day diary and ensuring they have all information required to complete works (and visiting job sites if necessary)
- Managing the CRM system keeping it accurate and up to date with the changing schedule
- Building strong client relationships and assisting clients with inquiries regarding service requests (booking visits, confirming the progress)
- Providing technical support for electricians/engineers out on the road
- Ordering necessary equipment/materials
- Organising in-house and external training if required
- Ensuring that all the necessary HSE documentation is in place and communicated
