With growing international demand for probiotics and gut health products, the business continues to expand across multiple international markets through distributors, e-commerce, pharmacies, online retailers and marketplaces.
They are now seeking an International Account Manager to support the continued growth of international distributor relationships, online marketplaces and digital strategy across global markets.
The role will suit someone with a background in marketplace management or e-commerce that is interested in building their career in international markets.
International Account Manager, the role:
- Support and grow international distributor relationships across defined regions
- Support marketplace expansion including Amazon and other online sales platforms
- Monitor digital performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and market growth
- Work closely with distributors to align digital activity with the wider Optibac brand strategy
- Support international sales growth through effective account and relationship management
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing and profitability across accounts
- Develop and monitor annual business and sales plans
- Conduct range reviews and support product growth within international markets
- Negotiate distribution agreements and commercial terms
- Attend international trade shows, customer meetings and market visits
- Support product registrations and compliance requirements across different territories
- Share digital and commercial best practice across distributors and channels
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
International Account Manager, the person:
- Experience within digital strategy, e-commerce or marketplace management
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building capability
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Digitally confident across e-commerce, social and marketplace platforms
- Positive, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Confident negotiator with strong organisational skills

International Account Manager, the benefits:
