To join them on their exciting journey, they are currently looking for an experienced and driven Dental Channel Lead you will be responsible for building a new client base across the dental sector whilst managing some existing client accounts.
This role will play a key part in expanding their reach and making the most of what is a SUBSTANTIAL opportunity in the areas surrounding London. The role is home based but travelling to clients is a must.
Dental Channel Lead, the role:
- Shape and deliver a strategic plan for growth in the dental channel, working with senior leadership across sales and marketing to uphold the luxury positioning of the brand portfolio.
- Launch targeted initiatives and tailored offerings to drive market presence, leveraging both internal and external resources.
- Build brand authority by engaging with key dental communities and industry groups.
- Lead impactful trade show and conference participation to boost visibility in the dental space.
- Champion the brand portfolio as a leading force in aesthetics, driving new business growth within both clinical and dental sectors.
- Execute a targeted prospecting strategy and lead early-stage engagement with potential partners.
- Identify strategic partnerships and explore opportunities with larger group dental practices.
- Create and lead networking and brand-led events to support pipeline growth and team development.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams on initiatives that engage the dental sector and drive conversion.
- Grow and manage accounts within your designated London territory, with a particular focus on high-value dental clients.
- Drive adoption of new brand rollouts and ensure partners are supported through tailored training and development programs.
- Use field education and event resources to help partners scale and succeed.

Dental Channel Lead the applicant:
- Strong background in business development within the dental industry or, if not, aesthetics/medical sector.
- Solid understanding of the aesthetics market and how advanced skincare aligns with facial and aesthetic treatments.
- Demonstrated success in independently managing a business unit or division.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the agility to identify and act on performance and expansion opportunities.
- Proven track record in sales, new business generation, and account growth within skincare, aesthetics, or dental sectors.
- History of exceeding targets and successfully driving market share across a diverse brand portfolio.
- Proficient in key business tools, including CRM platforms, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work autonomously.
- Skilled in delivering compelling presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Comfortable using Excel for performance tracking, planning, and client analysis.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Preferably qualified as a Dental Nurse or holding Level 4+ certifications, with knowledge of advanced treatment modalities.
