They are now seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Processor to support advisers and paraplanners, ensuring a seamless and compliant client journey from onboarding through to ongoing servicing.
Financial Planning Processor, the role:
- Prepare and process new client documentation including fact finds, ID checks and compliance forms
- Ensure all onboarding activity is completed accurately in line with FCA requirements
- Maintain and update client records within the CRM system
- Submit new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products
- Track cases through to completion, liaising with providers where required
- Resolve queries and chase outstanding information to ensure timely processing
- Support advisers and paraplanners with report preparation and recommendation packs
- Gather policy information, illustrations and provider data
- Assist with meeting preparation including agendas, documentation and follow-ups
- Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Process client requests including withdrawals, fund switches and policy changes
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for compliance purposes
- Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues
Financial Planning Processor, the person:
- Previous experience in a financial services administration or processing role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
