Our client is a private solicitors practice founded in early 2010. With 3 offices around the country, they are providing their clients with cost effective and consistent service, offering a complete range of legal services.
They are now looking for an efficient and accommodating Private Client Lawyer to join their supportive team. You will be managing a diverse caseload of private client law, including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. This role will be working alongside the conveyancing team to uphold the firm's reputation for excellent client care in the local community.
Private Client Lawyer, the person:
- In-depth post qualification experience as Wills and Probate Lawyer; STEP accredited would be beneficial
- Strong technical skills in drafting legal documents and managing probate processes
- Self-sufficient in managing your caseload, while also being a collaborative team player
- Resourceful and task driven, working well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Flexible and resilient whilst working to a very high standard
- Client-centric approach with excellent communication skills demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach
- Able to work independently and handle a varied caseload and a desire to contribute to business development and build lasting client relationships
